The central tenet of Judaism is the belief that the world will be renewed and returned to its pristine "just created" condition. If you mean the end of the world as we understand it to be, the short answer is yes; the Messiah's world, according to Judaism, will not be like this one. The Messiah is a direct descendant of Adam, according to the Jewish religion, and as described in the book of Daniel, he will be immortal, and invincible "empowered by the ancient of days (God)." Also the four beasts of the book of Daniel are not ancient empires, at least, the three that come after the first.

Regarding the "end of time" there is no mention of it in the Tanakh.

____________

The above answer has some major errors.

1. Daniel was not a prophet and there is no prophecy regarding an 'immortal and invincible' messiah.

2. The beasts in Daniel 7 are in fact metaphors of various enemies.

3. The moshiach will be a mortal man and a great ruler. There is nothing supernatural about any moshiachim (pl).

Yes. Though not detailed very much in the Torah, the eternal afterlife is discussed at length in the Talmud; and Maimonides includes belief in the afterlife among the most important Jewish principles.
