Not in every sense. Most of us are not farmers today; and some things such as clothing have changed. But in terms of keeping the commands of the Torah, the answer is yes. Observant Jews keep all the commandments which we are able to, including Sabbath, festivals, kosher food, prayers, and hundreds more. (Note that there are certain commands which circumstances make it impossible to keep today. An example of this is Leviticus 24:1-4.)

He isn't. If your starting point is the 'Old' testament then it is worth noting that these are books written by Jews about Jews and their relationship with God. Where he is 'angry' it is with people based on what they have done, rather than who they are (yes, there is a fair bit of innocent collateral damage). Of course the tribes of Israel did not live in complete isolation and other peoples are referred to in the old testament precisely because they came into contact with and were part of the lives of the Jews. It seems to me the more telling question if you only read the Bible is why is God so disinterested in everyone except the Jews (well after Abraham anyway, and before Jesus)
