Some do and some don't. There are over 15 million members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the 'Mormon" church), all with different personalities. Some are more likely to be judgmental than others.

Mormons are taught that they should not judge, and to be tolerant, patient, and loving with all people, however some find it difficult to do so.

Can you judge other societies?

Answer The only people I know who have a right to judge anyone, is a Law court Judge and God. Why anyone would want to judge other societies is beyond me. I don't want anyone to judge me and I'm sure that you the person who asked this question wouldn't want to be judged. It's not a good atmosphere when people judge other people. You as a person can do as you wish. If you want to judge other societies then be my guest, but why you would want to do that is way beyond my understanding.
