Yes, of course! Both the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) and the individual members of the church assist the poor and needy regardless of their religious faith.

Church charity and humanitarian aid is focused in several areas. They provide hygiene, medical, and educational supplies, build wells, and provide vaccinations in third world countries. They also provide clothing and food to those in crisis.

The Church also operates farms and ranches and provides all of the food produced to the poor through 'Bishop Storehouses'. Although these storehouses mostly serve church members, they also donate food to local food banks and give supplies to anyone referred to them through local Mormon leaders (regardless of faith).

The Church provides job training and employment services through their Employment Services Centers to anyone who comes in, regardless of their faith.

The Church is often known to be one of the first responders in natural disasters. They have stores of food, clothing, blankets, and emergency supplies around the world which are distributed immediately when a natural disaster strikes. Each Mormon church building is also equipped to be an emergency shelter to house those who are displaced from their homes. This is also provided without regard to faith or religion.

Indivual church members are encouraged often to provide selfless service and charity to anyone in need with no regard for their religion. Congregations are expected to participate in several community service projects throughout the year and often team with other faith groups to complete these projects.
