Why would they? They don't believe in Jesus. Therefore the last supper doesn't hold relevant to them.

Muslims don't believe in Jesus being the Son of God nor the Expiation on Cross. It is because of this act (dying for the sins of mankind), that Christians take communion. Since Muslims do not believe that Jesus died on the cross for their sins, it would not be proper to eat of that sacrifice. (It has nothing to do with the Last Supper.)
