Flair admitted to steriod use on limited, short term basis in the 1970's, and again in 1985 and 1989. He stated in his autobiography that he asked Vince McMahon if he should use them to "bulk up" prior to his in ring debut with WWE in 1991 and McMahon told him no. Flair has never admitted steroid use past 1989-90. There are no reports of him failing any drug tets during his last run with WWE 2001-2008.
