Yes. Once the regular storyline is completed as Sora, the title screen will change and the words Reverse/Rebirth will appear under the Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories logo. The picture of Sora will turn into Riku and he will then be a playable character. Riku has a similar storyline to Sora, but utilizes the power of darkness and doesn't have as much of an actual storyline compared to Sora, as instead he usually fights the bosses of each world. This is explained when Riku is informed that his memories only show the darkness of each world.
