a Huskie will care for it by loving it playing with it and feed then bathing. when they open their eyes that when they stop.
If you're talking about a female taking care of her pups then the answer is yes. The only dog I have ever heard of that doesn't is the Bull Terrier (Spud McKenzie dog) and I don't even know if that is true or not. Just something I heard. If you have a dog that isn't taking care of her pups then my advice is take her and the pups to the vet A.S.A.P. I had a dog that one day just stopped taking care of her pups and it turned out she had gotten parvo and was trying to protect her pups. I ended up losing her and the puppies.
Of course they do! They're dogs!
They bathe, care, and feed their young.
Most dogs, including the Siberian husky will try to find and create a 'safe place' before they start having puppies. This is typically referred to as 'denning'. It is imperative that owners of dams that are pregnant create a safe environment for the dog to whelp in and control the dog's movements, otherwise the dog will try and find its own den and may end up giving birth in an unsafe area, endangering the dog and the puppies.
Interesting question. A Siberian Husky have most of their characteristics similar to wolves, which plays a role in their ancestry back the times. You might want to start with a Siberian husky rescue organization such as Siberian Husky Rescue of Florida (siberrescue.com). There are numerous rescue organizations in Florida that specialize in the rescue and adoptions of the dogs. You could also look for Siberian husky breeders in your local newspaper or online (Craigslist is a good resource). You could also check the classified ads in your newspaper or Craigslist (under Pets section) to see if anyone has any Siberian husky puppies or dogs looking for a good home. Good luck; Siberian huskies are a wonderful breed of dog and have a lot of love to give!
