Ashfur seems to have directed his hate to Squirrelflight. It can be assumed he believes that Squirrelflight, opting to choose Brambleclaw over Ashfur, was the one who was at fault. Maybe he thought Brambleclaw was an innocent bystander or something. If he did feel any hatred toward him, it's possible he simply chose to hate Squirrelflight instead, because he still loves her. Love hate situation.

It's hard to say for each individual cat. However, the voices should be like the characters. For example, Brambleclaw is a strong cat and can be cold and nice. For Brambleclaw's voice, it would be better if an actor that can copy Brambleclaw's personality and to embody it than to have a softer actor.

Yes they will but they do not have kits. Brambleclaw thinks Squirrelflight has Hollykit, Jaykit, and Lionkit but Squirrelflight was just keeping a secret for her sister, Leafpool. Those kits are actually Leafpool and Crowfeather's kits. Leafpool is the medicine cat so she is not allowed to have kits but she did.
