NO St. Lucian citizens do not need a visa to visit England But you do need one to visit other European countries under the Schengen treaty. I learned this the hard way after spending $2500 to go to Italy and only made it thorugh the gates and was sent back. If you live in the US become a citizen and get rid of your st lucian passport
