That depends. If they're computer speakers and all your wires are headphone-jack style, then all you do is run the headphone wire from your speakers and plug it into your computer speaker input on the sound card, or a headphone jack. If they're not computer speakers and you want to wire component speakers through your computer, you'll need a receiver to power them, speaker wire to go from your speakers to the receiver, and a cable to go from your receiver "input jack" to your computer. That cable should have a red and white RCA on one end, and a headpone jack on the other.

When you find the wire mark it "+12v" Next you will need a switched source (meaning power only if the ignition is on the on or Acc) most vehicles will use a red wire for this but check with the multimeter with the ignition ON once you find the wire turn the ignition OFF if the wire looses power mark that wire "ignition" Great now you can wire your radio for power! Now you will need to find what wires go to what speakers. Wire your radio for power (heres a tip: ground the radio's chassis to reduce the risk of burning up the radio if you short something) and turn it on. Use 1 channel of the radio to test the wires until you find a pair that makes a speaker play music. Mark this wire to the corrisponding speaker. Once you have all the speakers marked you can wire the radio to the speakers. Take your time and use electric tape. If your not sure then ask a pro for help.
