you just have to get them filled every three weeks if you plan to keep them, and dont hit them on anything hard because the first time i got them done i hit my nail on a wall on accident and my nail actually fell off.

If you mean what is a good way to make my nail polish last longer: It's very limited. You can put a fresh layer of top coat or clear polish over your nails every day, and let it dry completely.
