Most do, besides having an inner-tube and a two piece rim, common aircraft tires differ very little from car tires. Obviously in very high performance (nothing but the most exotic research airplanes) this is not the case.
If you mean like an airplane without wings, there's air resistance, friction between the wheels and the ground, and the axle on which the wheels rotate.
