I don't think so. If buzz bee has any tactical rail-y accessories, they probably won't work on Nerf. And I don't think the barrel attachments or stocks will work either. If the barrel attachments do fit, it won't stay probably. Notice all of the probablys. I have not owned a buzz bee product. :-}

No, they can not, do not attempt to mix real ammunition in airsoft guns.

Green gas is required for Gas airsoft guns to work. Usually when you purchase airsoft guns, it will state whether or not the gun is a Spring loaded, CO2 Gas, Green Gas, Or Electric (AEG) Rifle. Can a paintball barrel work on a airsoft gun?
No. Paintball barrels are .68 caliber and have relatively huge threads compared to airsoft guns. Not only would they not fit, they would not work due to the large space between the barrel and the airsoft pellet.

Some magazines will not work with speed loaders, but most standard magazines do.
