yes. all 94 Z28 are 350 LT1s. yes they are.
350 LT1
In 94 you had the LT1 350 V8.
The LT1 350 V8 is putting out 275 H.P.
No. Its engine code is LT1. The intake has much shorter runners than the tpi induction system.
the z28 should have a 305 and the ss should have a lt1 350 there was no 94 SS. they came out in96. both have LT1 350's. The SS has some performance enhancements like ram air and performance exhaust and better suspension and rear. all things you can do to a Z28 to improve it's performance.
No, Z28s form 93-97 were LT1 350. 93-95 at 275 hp and 96-97 had 285 hp. actually the 93 models and the first couple of months of 94 were never detuned from the C4 vettes 300 hp, little known fact and almost nothing you read mentions it.
There was no LT1 in the 1992 B body, the LT1 was introduced in the F body and Corvette in 1993, and 1994 in the B and D bodies.
no the lt1 water pumps uses a reverse flow 94 was the first year this was done. which allowed the engine to run cooler... higher displacement+ more HP
I had a 95 Impala SS with the lt1 350 and a friend with a Camaro lt1 and as I understand it the main difference was the Caprice 9c1/ Impala SS LT1 had more torque than the Camaro and Corvette versions since it was a heavier car and thus had a slight less horse power. on a side note when I raced a corvette with a LT1 we were head to head, the corvette was stock and my only modification was a cold air intake. hope this helps you
Not unless someone put it in there. They didnt put the lt1 in the caprice until 94. Dont let anyone fool you either, the lt1 has a very distinctive look.
You can spin it the has always work for me
For a V8, LT1 is the most common.
