If you accept the "literal" translation of the word "Christian," which means to "be like Christ" then you would think so, but no. Some Christians, actually called Unitarians, believe in the message of Christ but not in his divinity (God-hood). Many of our founding fathers were actually Unitarians, with the exception of Thomas Jefferson and George Washington. So, to answer your question, there are some who recognize the season but not the actual "holy day," or holiday.
