The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is very well known for it's stance against abortion. It has one of the largest support systems of any church that provides counseling, therapy, and adoptive services to encourage unwed mothers to keep have the baby as apposed to abortion.
The church also understands that under extreme situations such as rape, or the life of the mother being at stake, there may be an option to consider an abortion, but that is very rarely the case.
I am unaware of who's opinion of the church rules you are researching, but the true official doctrine of the church on abortion is this:
"The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believes in the sanctity of human life. Therefore, the Church opposes elective abortion for personal or social convenience, and counsels its members not to submit to, perform, encourage, pay for, or arrange for such abortions." -MormonNewsroom.org
Under the doctrine of the church, man is punished for their own transgressions and not for the original sin of Adam. Children can not sin as they are unable to fully comprehend the laws of the gospel. At the age of 8, a child is thought to have a sense of accountability, and it is at that age that children may be baptized into the Church.
This life is a time for us to prepare to meet God. A time for us to improve ourselves and grow in faith and light. A child who is taken at a young age may not have needed the test this world affords. Although the child may be returned to the God who gave him/her life, the sin of the adult committing the abortion can not be overlooked.
Babies who survive their abortions are not protected by the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. A ban to stop aborted babies from being shelved to die would be burdensome to their mothers. She alone should decide whether her baby lives or dies. Aborting babies alive and letting them die is a doctor's prerogative. Aborting babies alive and letting them die violates no universal principle.
Mothers do gain weight when they are pregnant.
That is something you have to ask her. All insurances are different.
Mothers get pregnant by the father. The father and mother gets on top of each other and has s*x.
In these situations it's mental. The mind is a powerful thing. If a particularly strong maternal urge arises it can cause lactation. These are often common in women who have had abortions. You can induce lactation when you have never been pregnant. Some mothers who adopt do this so that they can breast feed. There are articles on induced lactation, google for them.
