this probably just means you have moisture in your vehicle. try leaving a small heater in it overnight with the window open about a 1/2 inch, should be fine after that. Your car shouldn't have moisture in it unless there is a leak somewhere. Possibly in one of the window seals, which have caused Subarus some problems in the past.
