Most all fish have teeth, but not in the same way, or can be seen easily, these fish have what is called pharyngeal teeth. However, there is a whale that is toothless and it's called a Baleen whale; it's mouth is so large that it can swallow squid whole and does not need to chew.

2 things. No, not all fish have teeth, although some do. And, the plural of fish is fish... ie one fish, a school of fish.
