Humans do not naturally regrow nerve cells or heart cells to the full extent of damage received. Also, cell reproduction slows down as age progresses and may eventually cease at some incredibly advanced age. These processes attack the body much of the same way as a disease would, so if diseases are to be classified as separate from trauma, then this should be as well. Furthermore, Biology currently requires life to be necessarily capable of reproduction, so, by that definition and with death defined as any end to life, human females die of age around 40, when they hit menopause and can no longer reproduce.
