Do animals love other animals

It depends on the animal.

Some animals actually need and want the mental and physical stimulation of having a job. Some don't. If you take a dog like a working line German Shepherd, whose every instinct is to be very physically and mentally active and ask it to be a pet that stays in the home and gets lots of love but nothing to do to burn off his natural energies, well that's cruel. It's every bit as cruel as forcing an animal to work to the detriment of the animal.

Some animals thrive on their jobs. Dogs, in particular, being pack animals are more likely to want to work cooperatively with human pack mates in vocations like scent work, herding, hunting, social work like therapy visits, competition, or assisting the disabled. Not all dogs want the responsibility, but some do.

Other animals, for example most cats, would really rather do their own thing.

Animals that want a job should be offered a job. Freeloaders should be beloved pets who get room and board, a personal chef and masseuse, full medical coverage, and a lifetime contract just for existing. People not willing to accept these terms shouldn't domesticate animals.

Ufcourse because if they dont then they will not get anything for eg water ,food or shelter so they have to work together.

Well, it depends on what other type of animals you have. Say you have a dog, you'r dog will most likely NOT get along well with you'r cats... Or you'r dog may killl rodents...
