Computers do not take input from the human voice.

Programs have been created that read the phenoms you produce, and convert them into words.

Most notable are Dragon Speech, and Apple's Speech Recognition.

If you have a Mac, you have Apple's Speech Recognition.

Apple's Speech Recognition lets you control absolutely everything you can think of, using voice commands.

You can set the speech recognition settings by going to 'Speech' in 'System Preferences', and looking under the 'Speech Recognition' pane.

On iPhone and iPod touch, you can get an app called Vlingo that enables you to set commands, then control your device with your voice.

I'm not sure about speech recognition on linux.

If there's anyone out there STILL using windows *spits*, of course Microsoft didn't include speech recognition, but you probably can buy a third-party solution for this problem Microsoft *spits* created. By the way, get a real OS. You know, like, a useful one.

I've include information on every respectable OS I could think of right now, AND windows, except for Android, but I have to go now.

What is voice process and non-voice processs or back office?

Voice process has to do with computers that store human voices, speak and react to human speech. When it comes to employees, it means that they do not use voice as in call centers. Non-voice process or back office is where the main job is not using voice but writing or any other hand task. One example is clerical work.

What is the best input device for drawing?

Drawing software for modern computers supports built-in tools to draw simple geometric shapes such as straight or curved lines, rectangles, circles, etc. Drawing those is a process of selecting the tool, the brush (color, size, line style, etc), then selecting the pivotal point (typically the center of the shape or the start of the line), and finally determining its size or length. These selections can be made with almost any input device designed for human interaction: the keyboard, a mouse, voice control, touch (as with tablet computers' touch screens), etc. Arguably the best input device for use with drawing software and similar applications is the graphics tablet, but these are fairly expensive and not needed for drawing simple shapes or lines.
