Do atheists hate Christians

Like any other general groups, they cannot be put together and have a statement made. Some atheists hate Christians, just as some Christians hate atheists and as some members of every other group of any kind in the world hates some or all of every other group. Most atheists do not hate Christians at all, viewing the religion as just another thing they do like sport or favourite food, and see them as just another person trying to get through each day.

Delusions that you (and yours) are the only ones being targeted by a shadowy unknown evil conspiracy are generally identified as a persecution complex. Using this question as an example it would be necessary to determine/prove:

• If Christians (alone) are being targeted by atheists
• What targeted means in this instance
• If there is a unified atheist movement
• If the atheist movement has goals

It is unreasonable to assume that any group all think or acts the same, atheists do not have program to target Christians or theists in general.

There is no atheist federation, to common goal, no secret handshake or anything beyond a conclusion that there is no god.

Most atheists appear to be rational people who do not "hate" anyone for their belief in religions, a vegan diet, political alignment, or brand of car.

Atheists do not have a belief in god, they have no group or unified position on any other topic (any more than bald people have a unified position on the best flavour of ice-cream). Trying to guess what a majority of a group of people feel is almost impossible unless you quiz them all. A Moslem or a Christian is just another person who believes in a god. Neither is particularly hated any more than a person who needs a "lucky rabbit's foot" to get through the day.
