Do atheists have the last laugh since Christians will have to live with atheists in heaven since they have to forgive atheists or be condemned to hell?

That isn't how it works. Christians do not forgive atheists into heaven. Besides, Christians are to forgive everyone who does wrong against them. And your just being an atheist is not doing something against a Christian. It is your heavenly Father who will forgive you. But, only if you ask Him to. And, you should learn about God, and the great sacrifice He made for you by sending His only Son to earth to die for your sins. When you repent, all your sins will be forgiven by God. Whether or not you believe in God, He loves you, and He knows you.
There will be no atheists in heaven. Eternal live is given only to those who believe. You have to believe that God exists and He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Atheists will be condemned for their unbelief and be receive everlasting death.
