Autistic children do not have heightened abilities.

Autistic children also do not have increases senses - they have sensory problems, this doesn't mean that their senses are stronger but that their brain is more sensitive to the stimulation provided by their senses. Autistic people are different to neurotypical people, they do not have special abilities.

Is there any record of someone with autism giving birth to a child with autism?

Yes, there are known situations of persons with autism having children with autism. There is a genetic component to autism. Some people with autism get married and have children. Some of those children have autism, but some do not. Autism varies in its severity, so other people might not recognize that a person has autism. Sometimes a parent with autism or Asperger's Syndrome is not diagnosed until after having a child with a more severe case that is diagnosed.

Yes, it is possible. In one study, the chance that an identical twin has autism when the other does is 82%. That means that 18% of the identical twins did not have autism. Is walking on tiptoes a sign of autism?

It is one of the signs. That is a sensory input for children with autism that their bodies need. It can cause other health concerns if not addressed. It is not the only factor in a child with autism so don't assume a child has it because they walk on their toes, it must be considered within a group of other concerns/signs.

Is there a school for boys with autism?

There are very few specific schools that are strictly for autism, however there are special education schools. I work with someone who sends their child to a special school that knows how to treat autism as well as other learning disorders. They have special training in how to teach kids with different abilities. Try looking into a school more like this and you should be able to find one.

Is autism like locked in syndrome?

No. Autism is not like locked in syndrome. The two are totally different. A number of children with Autism have damage to a particular part of their brain. Since they are children, many of them can be taught to use a different part of their brain for communication. On the other hand, several different commutation problems have been given the catch all diagnosis of Autism. With Locked in Syndrome the problem is not in the brain but with the brain's ability to communicate with that part of the body that communicates with the outside world.
