No, not all medicines contain any metallic substances. Only few percents of medicine contains BHASMA of metals, which are specially treated by the vegitable kigdom herbs and then bring down to ashes, this is a specially explored process by which the metals becomes eadable substances and thus they donot liberate any bad effects on human body. In my opinion only 5 percent of Ayurvedic medicine contains minerals, rest of the medcine prepared from Vegetable origins.
