Bananas are a good source of potassium, manganese and vitamin B, all which are essential for every living being. In certain situations, these and other essentials may improve memory, reaction time, motivation and stress management. Although, you can find vitamins in most fruits and vegetables with the same properties, too much of any one thing may have adverse effects, so eating a bunch of bananas for breakfast may not actually help you pass the exam later in the day.
