Yes, a licensed Barber can do any service a Cosmo can except manicures! Being a Master Barber for 43 years I have done thousands of women's hair, cuts, colors, perms, facials, make-up, etc. I have 3 International first place awards for haircutting. So if you want a truthful answer, ask a professional, not just people who posts answers to questions that they truly know nothing about!

∙ 9y agoBeing a Master Barber for 43 yrs, whomever made this post does not know what they are talking about and is obviously NOT a Barber. Barbers do hair dye, straightening, curling, hot oil, etc. The ONLY thing a Barber does not do that a Cosmo does is manicures.....period! I have done thousand of women of the years, colors, perms, straightening, facials, make-up, etc. So, if ya want a truthful answer, ask the professionals not someone who just posts answers to things they know nothing about!
