Yes, a folding shoulder stock is available. It attaches to the bottom of the grip, you can plainly see the attach points.
The Mauser, H&K, and Beretta all have optional shoulder stocks. The A 3000 is known only to me as an air pistol, as such is not a firearm. NOTE- in the US, Federal law may sharply limit attaching a shoulder stock to a handgun- AND some of those handguns must be registered as machineguns.

MOST handguns do not have an option of a stock. In most cases, adding a shoulder stock to a handgun is illegal under US law unless it is registered with the Federal BATFE as a "short barreled rifle" and a $200 tax paid on it. There are a VERY few exceptions to that law- certain Mauser, Luger, and Browning pistols.
Disc brakes may have been an option but it would normally come stock with drum brakes.
