MOST handguns do not have an option of a stock. In most cases, adding a shoulder stock to a handgun is illegal under US law unless it is registered with the Federal BATFE as a "short barreled rifle" and a $200 tax paid on it. There are a VERY few exceptions to that law- certain Mauser, Luger, and Browning pistols.
The Mauser, H&K, and Beretta all have optional shoulder stocks. The A 3000 is known only to me as an air pistol, as such is not a firearm. NOTE- in the US, Federal law may sharply limit attaching a shoulder stock to a handgun- AND some of those handguns must be registered as machineguns.

Yes, it is a dealer installed option.
Exercising an option means exercising your rights to buy or sell the underlying asset in accordance to the parameters of the option. When you exercise a call option, you will get to buy the underlying stock at the strike price no matter what price the stock is trading at in the market. When you exercise a put option, you will get to sell the underlying stock at the strike price no matter what price the stock is selling at in the market. In both cases, the option you own disappears from your account.
