Yes. Pedestrians outside of vehicles always have the right-of-way to cars.
The same way they built there bikes, but with planes.

If it is a 4-way hillside, it is the first car that arrives at the stop sign. The rule is that the car to the right of your car has the right-of-way.
Bikes and pedestrians always have the right of way [providing they are proceeding in conformance with the traffic laws]. Most likely the vehicle will be determined at fault. There have been some rare cases in which a bicyclists or pedestrian have been assigned some contribution of fault.
Yes - view your bike like it's a vehicle (a car) and go the same way on the road as if you were a car.
Car on the right.
Car a because it was backing into the intersectionDiffering Opinion:Car B has no more right of way in an intersection than Car A; a general rule of the road is that any car that enters a intersection first has the right of way: this rule is extended in residential areas that have drive ways (where it is normal to back into the street). Translated; both have equal right of way, and the one there first has a superior right of way.
The way the rule of Right of Way works is that if two cars arrive at an intersection at the same time, the one to the left yields to the car on its right. However if the car on the left stops before the car on the right, the car that stopped first has the right of way.
Same way any vehicle is faster than another - by outperforming it. Can be a better power-to-weight ratio, can be better traction, can be better handling. Maybe simply a better rider/driver.
Advantages are that you can go faster than traffic sometimes, while traffic is at a stand still you can keep on going. You work out your legs and burn more calories than driving a car. Fresh air. jumps. disadvantages-- Cars dont always give bikes the right of way. You can get hit my a car. you have to keep your balance at a stop light. It takes you a lot longer to get anywhere.
Right-of-way rules are the same for cars & bikes. Bikes & motor vehicles have the same responibilities and rights with the exception that a bicycle SHOULD use the rightmost side of the lane (IF IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR MAINTAINING CONTROL ...... i.e .... not a bunch of ptoholes & debris).
fourwheelers are the bom and way cooler than a dirkbike (;
