They will only cover diagnosis but no treatments. Diagnosis cover ultrasound testing and blood work but prescriptions, procedures (Ivf, iui) is nt covered. U have to pay out of pocket.

No discrimination comes from all angles. Medicare will cover maternity care for it's covered members. That is a slap in the face for couples that are infertile. Infertility is not very common. It is not that Medicare recipients are too poor to care for their children. Their taxes paid for their coverage when they were working. People get so depressed from multiple pregnancy losses, stillbirths and infertility that they get caught up in major depression that leads them to not be able to function like they used to. So YES. Medicare should cover infertility treatments at all levels. We all pay property taxes and not everyone has a child or children in school. Same thing.....
