I have blue eyes and I have 20/20 vision.
The human eye has colour-sensitive cones in the back of the retina which are sensitive to green, blue and red light. They are also used for your central vision, which is what you focus your vision on. Rods are used for peripheral and night vision; they are found on other areas of the eye aside from the back. Their quality is poorer than cones, which is why your peripheral vision is a poorer quality than central (this is also why you cannot see stars when you stare at them directly)
Yes, although poorer people don't.
It requires vision and the ability to communicate that vision to other people.
World Vision cares for people who can't get water, food and other things too.
vampire vision is the vision that vampires have.
Some colors are more effective than other colors because they are more attractive to the right people. Pink is a very ineffective color to make boy's clothing in for example because people do not want their boys wearing pink.
Sir Tim Berners-Lee (inventor of the web) made hyperlinks blue by chance. It's a fortunate color to choose because other colors such as green and red are troublesome for people with color-vision deficiencies (such as color-blindness).
His affect on other people was touching. The poorer people of El Salvador appreciate his work as he bought humans rights back to El Salvador.

You wouldn't be able to see, no plants would grow, there would be no heat (can't have one without the other). There would be no colors, no microwaves, no night vision goggles, and no computers.
depends on your definition of "good" cats have excellent night vision and motion Sensitivity. But overall vision (resolution) is basically determined by eye/pupal size and cats are similar to ours. so to get the better night vision and motion Sensitivity they give up other areas. Cats are extremely near sighted, vision is believed to be blurry and colors washed over. bovine and horses with their larger eyes have excellent vision
Fearing colors is not a symptom of Asperger's Syndrome. They do not fear colors more than other people fear colors. A traumatic event might cause a person to react in fear to a specific color. However, people with Asperger's Syndrome often have sensory integration disorder. They might be oversensitive or undersensitive to visual stimuli. In other words, some of them might want very few different colors around or prefer to avoid bright colors, while others might want to be surrounded with many bright, vibrant colors.
