Yes, about 13% of males experience stomach discomfort during puberty. There is some link between stomachaches and taller teen males as well.

no boys do not get sick from puberty
Scrotal pain may be experienced by some boys, and is a rather common "growing pain". During puberty, the scrotum skin changes. It enlarges, and the testicles grow in size considerably, therefore it can cause pain. However, any unbearable pain or discomfort should be examined by a doctor.

A boys feet grow the most just before they hit puberty. Puberty happens at different ages so there is no set age that this will happen. On average, this will happen around 12 or 13 years old.
No not really. Eat bananas. They restore vitamins and relax the stomach to calm down. Soccer girls/boys eat bananas constantly to cute stomach pain and cramps

stomach pain in near testis
It is not normal to feel pain in the testes. Boys are generally reluctant to even mention their testes to an adult so if your son is actually complaining of pain it must be quite sever. I'd suggest that you take him to see a doctor. It might be nothing serious but at least his mind (and yours) will be put at rest. Ignoring the problem and hoping that it goes away is not a good idea.
A gastroenterologist treats stomach pain.
