This is not vomiting - this is the act of regurgitatingfood. It is a courtship behaviour, and carried out between male and female budgies. It is how the male will feed a sfemale who is sitting on eggs. It is also how the mother birds feeds her young. In regurgitation, the budgie regurgitates food in its crop, and the seed is not properly digested.
