they hurt because the bugs put a certain kind of chemical that make your blood all weird, idk what that chemical is called- sorry.
If by bugs you mean insects only (which means no Spiders, crusteaceans or centipedes), this is the current consensus: No, at least for the majority.
Pain is not as simple or ubiquitous in the animal kingdom as commonly thought. In mammals, the experience of pain first starts with the firing of free nerve endings called nociceptors. When they fire, they travel up our spinal cord and are then processed in our cortex, where the emotional experience of pain occurs.
No insect has a cortex (instead only having brains composed of several ganglia), and the vast majority do not have nociceptors. This is physiological evidence that they do not feel pain.
Behavioural evidence also concurs. While they may show some reaction to some negative stimuli, the responses are inconsistent. Insects with severe injuries carry on regular activities. For example, injured insects do not limp. Catepillars (which by the way are true bugs) will continue routine activity even when being preyed on by parasites. Locusts continue feeding even while being eaten.
The only exception so far are flies of genus Drosophila. Nociceptors have been discovered in this genus, and they will additionally learn to avoid places where nociception would be triggered. This is consistent with the idea of pain, but it is unknown if the experience is similar to humans as their brains are very differently organized. It would either be an unconscious reaction, or convergent evolution would have selected for pain to be processed.
No, with the possible exception of Drosophila flies and bees.
No; although there are many legendes about, they don't feel pain.
well no........is really that hard for you to figure out I mean sure they probably have emotional feelings but no I have never seen a bug cry....................
This has been argued among Entomologists but evidence suggest that all insects with a brain feel pain. The responses of the sensation may differ as well as how the body reacts.
yes
We don't know that they don't. They do have some neurological features that might suggest they have pain receptors.
Malaria
Yes , they feel pain
Yes, all mammals feel pain.
yes you can feel pain when your feets are numb

No...when you wake back up you feel the pain
The heart does not necessarily feel pain but someone with a low heart supply could feel pain. I dont know
I feel your pain. How did that feel? Can you feel the love?
No. Pain is merely a signal sent to the brain and the brain registers the pain. Bacteria lacks a brain, therefore can feel no pain.
If you feel pain, you feel it in a specific location of your body. Feeling in pain is more general.
