Yes they will if they are raised together or are just introduced in the right way. Any different species whom people think will not get along with each other will get along if they are raised together or if they are introduced properly. Most people would say that a bulldog would eat a cat on sight but that's not true if you just give them time to get used to each other. It also helps if they both have good temperaments.
You will not know for certain until you try it. Cats are as individual as people, and it also depends on the kind of dog you get. My bulldogs get along very well with my cats, but my cats always want to fight each other.

Whether or not a Bengal cat will get a long with a boxer will depend on the cat and the dog. Dogs and cats all have their own personality, some get along and some do not. There are many homes where both dogs and cats live and get along with one another.
Choclate labs get along with cats really well
Cats can get along with any animal they are raised with, it is not limited to only Blue Heeler dogs.
