What does it matter if children believe in Santa? Every child starts out believing in Santa Clause, just let them have their fun. Santa isn't real, obviously, it's just children's parents putting presents under the Christmas tree saying 'From: Santa'.
They believe in Santa because they have hope and want to believe in kindness and love and learn generosity and goodness.
Yes, it is perfectly fine for children to believe in Santa Clause. As long as they aren't into Santa Clause too much (like very drastically), then it is perfectly fine.
