Yes but seem to be rare. Only to be found in the dirtiest of dirty houses. I'm a Cop in Cheyenne and have only seen cockroaches in an insanely obese woman's house which was a disgusting pig sty. I've lived in Cheyenne since 1987 and that's the only time Ive seen them. They were smaller though, not like the big ones in the South or back East.
I lived in Wyoming for over 22 years and never have seen a cockroach. I had not seen a cockroach in Wyoming until this year at my school. Now I've seen four or five. They would have to stay indoors in the winter to survive.
