Yes, without a doubt! Some of my best memories from high school came from the relationships you form. It always helps with learning how to judge the opposite sex and finding the right person when it comes to marriage.
BUT make sure you keep your priorities straight, a relationship should never come before your education. You can date once you have your degree and have graduated, people rarely ever go back for an education if they messed up their grades because of relationships. Just don't get too crazy over a relationship in high school either, it is very seldom that high school sweethearts marry later in life. So don't throw your life away at an early age over a relationship!
