No, it shouldn't make any kind of peculiar noise at all.
worn stabilizer end link, worn stabilizer bushings, worn control arm bushings, worn strut mount, worn ball joints. Take your pick
Yes, they can be replaced separately from the control arms. Moog make OEM replacements or if your looking for an upgrade there are several performance MFG offering products as well.
Yes Both Dodge stealth's and Stealth fighters make noise
if i am not mistaking they had told me the stabalizer bars (sway bars) when they are diffective. i am going to change does on my 96 dgc for that reason my front end makes a rattle noise The end links and sway bar bushings are prone to failure on 1996 and later vans.
Strut mounts okay? Control arm bushings? Sway bar bushings? Sway bar links? Penetrating oil is a mans best friend. Spray one part at a time drive around a few days if the noise goes away then you found your problem.
most popping sounds from the front end of these vehicles happens when you make a sharp turn and hit a bump and that's most commonly control arm bushings
New struts on a 2008 Dodge Caliber may make noise due to improper installation, such as not tightening bolts to the correct torque specifications or failing to align components properly. It's also possible that the struts themselves are defective or that other suspension components, like sway bar links or bushings, are worn and causing noise. Additionally, if the struts are not properly lubricated or if there is air trapped in the strut assembly, this can lead to noise during operation.
Might be lower control arm. Might be tie rods and/or ball joints. Are the new tires and aggresive tread pattern? Have and alignment down to nail down the problem. i have new tires, new upper control arms, new suspension, new sway bar bushings.
Without knowing year, make, model I'll just point out the easy one. Dry lower control arm bushings.
Possibly a broken shock or bad stabilizer bushings
check your swaybar links and bushings
Definately. Have it looked at by a professional.
