No. Crocodiles have muscles in their mouths that are extremely powerful, and designed to firmly. When submerging under water, they close their ear and nostril flaps. They have a third eyelid, called the nictitating membrane that protects their eyes underwater.
Crocodiles close their eyes because it hurts them because it is very hard
Crocodiles are often seen on the beach, looking like they are asleep, with their mouths open. What they are doing is basking, they keep their mouths open to regulate their body temperature. People sweat, dogs and cats pant, and crocodiles open their mouths :)

Crocodiles open their mouths for 2 reasons: to cool off and to let spur-winged plovers get rid of parasites. the cooling is possible because the open mouth has more volume (surface area) for heat to escape.
Crocodiles can't open their mouths if you hold them shut. That's the only weakness I know of. Do you plan on fighting a crocodile anytime soon?
eels must open and cloth their mouths constantly in order to circulate water over their gills
they get birds to clean there teeth and skin
They normally lie with their mouths partly open, and the local birds pick off any bits of flesh from the teeth.
No, they close their eyes.
to allow air to enter into enter their body
Actually... YES they CAN! The muscles of their jaws are VERY strong for CLOSING their mouths, but VERY WEAK for OPENING their mouths. This why the average man can hold the croc's mouth closed (once it is already closed) while someone else wraps duct tape around the snout, or the person holding the croc's mouth closed can tape it shut.
Their mouths lap open and their eyes freeze they jump about looking for the water.
close.. logically
