Not enough info to answer the question specifically. Like people, the more severe the cut or damage the longer it takes to heal and similarly, dogs heal at different rates. Mild-moderate damage will usually heal in a few days, more severe cases may take a couple of weeks, depending on the dog. These kinds of wounds can turn from small incidents to major problems if handled incorrectly.
Generally, at the training kennel, we have the best results doing the following: Be certain to rinse thoroughly with tepid (warm) water and make sure there are no debris left in the wound. Then, we apply a generic triple antibiotic ointment (over the counter at any pharmacy) into the wound. You need to train your dog to be used to handling or muzzle 'em (they are not going to like this much). Bandage with sterile gauze or the 4"x4" sticky pads that can be trimmed to size.
Repeat 2-3 times a day and leave un-bandaged several hours daily during the dogs least active hours. Keep your pet in the cleanest possible environment (usually inside) until the wound is healed. Even so, yes, the dog will lick, it's normal. If the dog chews off the clean covering, you can put a dog bootie on the injured paw and use surgical tape to secure it in place.
For our tracking dogs working rough country, we put booties on all four paws at the beginning -- prevention is better than treatment.
This takes some practice. It's possible to do all the above yourself. If you've ANY question about getting it right or have never done it before, take your dog to the family vet and have them show you how to manage it properly.
Yes it can my dog always messes his up but it grows back

Yes.

no same as dogs
dogs have 6 pads jk
because they can eat better
yes if its a puppy 3-7months adult dogs do not though
Yes, their feet are called "paws" which are thick pad like. Dogs sweat through these pads and they provide protection.
Dogs teeth CAN fall out when they are growing up, especially- but I have had my dog for 8 years, now, and her teeth are not growing anymore. Their teeth are like humans. When we get to a certain age, they stop growing. But if you are concerned about your dogs teeth, you can always make an appointment with your local vet. Thank you xxx
Yes, they expel heat through their paw pads.
It will probably take a while to heal, but eventually it'll grow back and he'll have a cute black nose again. :)
