"Yes. But you either take them to a vet or dog dentist, someone will do it there but sometimes the dogs get anesthesia"
Is partially wrong. You can do it all yourself at home. It's easy. Any pet stores in your area (petsmart, petco, ect.) have dog toothbrushes that usually come in packs including the toothbrush, a finger brush, and toothpaste. The toothpaste will usually last about 3 months if used in a routine. If you have a hyper dog, it's not nessecary to hold him down or distract him, you should pick him/her up and hold under it's "elbow" area while your brushing. If you use this technique, it's better to use a finger brush because you just scrub the teeth with your finger. (PS: Your dog will not get anesthesia from this process at home)
no
You should brush your dogs teeth about once a week. You should also give hime dental bones, you can find them at PetSmart, to chew on. At least every month
Did you just get a dog? Don't worry! Here are the steps on how to brush your dogs teeth. 1. Get a dog tooth brush at the pet store and some dog toothpaste. 2. Put the toothpaste on the tooth brush and start at the bootom of the mouth. 3. Now dogs can be really wiggly so hold your dogs back. 4. Brush the top of your dog's mouth. Good Luck!

Twice a week is good.
Of course! Dogs get tooth plague easily. If you own a dog, you must brush their teeth daily. But however, if the dog DOES NOT have clean teeth, he/she will have trouble with tooth rot!
