Well, as people know they drink from a bowl but, I have seen a dog drink from a water bottle before!
soak puppy food in a bowl of water for about 10-15 min until it its soft and feed them that.
You can drink from anything that is clean and will hold liquid, these are some common items to drink from...... Cup, Mug, Glass, Bottle, Can, Chalice, Ladle, Bowl.

They should be drinking on their own. If you mean by a water bottle, they might not be used to it so give them a bowl. But if they wont drink at all take them to the vet immediately.

I would go with the bowl, since in the wild they had to get it from a pond, stream, river, etc. Drinking from a bowl would come more naturally for your hedgehog and you can avoid hassle.
If you drink out of a orange juice bottle you can spread icky germs to other people that drink out of that bottle.
