Ducks need about 14 hours of sunlight each day to be able to produce eggs.
You need duck eggs and an incubator. See discussion.
2, one for the ducks, and one for you
If you have ducks and the eggs and you can't find their eggs there could be a few reasons. 1. Your ducks have gone off the lay. Happens with my ducks often. usually around a moulting. Just wait and you'll get your egg suply back soon 2. Your ducks are old, and have stopped producing eggs. I have one duck who no longer lays eggs. You may need to buy some more ducks. 3. One/or more of your ducks are broody and laying the eggs in a nest in an attempt to hatch them. Have another look around, you may find them. Hope this helps! ~BlackWolf1112
I have 4 ducks and I feed them two big cups of cracked corn and two big cups of duck pellets. You should feed them every time they are out of food.
Yes ducks can lay eggs without mating, the won't be fertile, they need to mate for that and to have baby ducks maybe by artificial insemination? are you asking if they artificially inseminate ducks?
i also have a khacki cambell duck, in my opinion i think it depends on the specific duck. mine is a bit on the "human " side and would never stand to be locked up with a bunch of chickens. i have three other ducks and they all fare well being locked up with the chickens. so i guess im saying that depends on the attitude of the duck.
No you need to have a female and male duck to have baby ducks.
frogs dont neither do ducks i dont think cos they lay eggs and frogspawn so they dont need one ducks and chickens just need a warm bum to sit on their kids
A paddling of ducks, a raft of ducks, a team of ducks, a dopping of ducks
Pekin ducks are known as domesticated ducks, and are used for meat and egg production, and are also kept as pets. Pekin ducks feed on insects and larvae, but are also fed pellets when kept as pets.
