Some earwigs have defensive glands on the second or third abdominal segment that release a foul-smelling liquid, and they can squirt this fluid up to 4 in, but I can find no evidence that they sting (no stinger) or bite.
They don't bite. but they do pinch!! I was pinched by one when I was sleeping the other night and was woken up knowing I was "bitten" by a bug. This was the first time an earwig ever got me!! It hurt for a second and then it was over.
No they do not they have wings that look like ears.

It may hurt , sting or bleed but nothing poisonous. If it was a male biting you may have a pincher stuck. Make sure you clean off the entire wound as its possible to have an infection.

As with most repairs, you first find the cause. Until that is done you cannot make a repair
The buzzing noise could be the buzzer for a problems with the brake system. If the brakes are not working at all, check to make sure that there is fluid in the brake master cylinder. Low fluid can make the buzzer sound, and is an indication of more severe problems.
