Yes. While there are dolphin fish, the dolphin that looks like a porpoise and/or a small whale, is a mammal that has sex, gives birth and feeds it's young with nipples on it's body. The whale/porpoise/dolphin does not have breasts, because it is streamlined to help it swim in the water, but, the females do have nipples, while the males have a penis.
