He needs to be treated for his flea infestation with a flea shampoo or some type of flea killer. It's best to get the flea treatments that kill the flea eggs too so that they don't hatch. You also need to treat the area that he lives in whether it be your home, his dog house, etc. You need to do this as soon as possible because the dog is suffering from the fleas.
