if u mean when there dead do they pee then no but if u mean all of a suden they pee and die...then that's weird becasue all gerbils pee at times doesnt mean they will die

They don't know but it just comes instantly like humans. We don't know if we are going to die or not it's the same as dogs.

Yes. Quite often when a dog or a cat dies it loses it control of bowel and bladder.
